When you install the Suplivate app, we collect and process the following data from your Shopify store:

Store domain and authentication tokens to connect your store to our platform

Order data including product details, quantities, and order IDs to route fulfillment

Product and variant information to map your store's catalog to our fulfillment system

Billing information processed via Stripe to charge supplier costs per order

How We Use This Data

We use this data solely to provide the Suplivate service: routing orders from your store to our fulfillment system, mapping product variants, and processing supplier charges. We do not use your store data for marketing purposes or share it with third parties beyond Stripe for payment processing.

Data Retention

We retain store data for as long as your store is connected to Suplivate. Upon uninstalling the app, you may request deletion of your store data by contacting us at [email protected].
