Webinar, Strategy Sessions & SMS Program

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Suplivate webinar, strategy sessions, and SMS communications program offered by Unitee Wellness LLC, operating under the brand name Suplivate ("we," "us," or "our").
By registering for our webinar, booking a strategy session, or providing your phone number on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Suplivate is a brand operated by Unitee Wellness LLC, a company registered in the United States, located at 900 16th St, Unit 302, Miami Beach, FL 33139.
These Terms apply specifically to the following free services offered through suplivate.com:
The 30-Day Supplement Brand Launch Blueprint — a free live webinar training session
Strategy sessions — free one-on-one calls with a Suplivate representative
SMS communications — reminders and confirmations related to booked webinar and strategy sessions
Email communications — webinar access links, reminders, and follow-up materials
These Terms do not govern the purchase of any paid Suplivate services. Separate terms apply to any paid programs or done-for-you services.
By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Our services are intended for individuals interested in launching or growing a supplement brand business.
Registration for our webinar and strategy sessions is free. By completing the booking form at suplivate.com/calendar-page, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including your name, email address, and phone number.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance if any changes are made to your booked session.
No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your session slot. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
By providing your phone number on our website, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Unitee Wellness LLC (Suplivate). These messages may include:
Reminders about upcoming webinar sessions you have registered for
Confirmations and reminders for strategy sessions you have booked
Follow-up messages related to your booked session
Standard messaging terms apply:
Message frequency varies depending on your bookings
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or participation
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message

We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your information is used solely to deliver session-related communications from Suplivate.
Suplivate and Unitee Wellness LLC are not liable for any delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by mobile carriers or network conditions outside of our control.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the [Phone Number]. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 2 messages per day related to your booked session. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

By registering for a webinar or strategy session, you consent to receive transactional emails from Suplivate. These may include booking confirmations, webinar access links, session reminders, and follow-up materials related to your registration.
You may also receive marketing emails about future Suplivate events or services. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at [email protected].
Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional communications related to sessions you have already booked.
The information shared in our webinar and strategy sessions is provided for educational purposes only. Suplivate does not guarantee any specific business outcomes, revenue, or results from attending our webinar or strategy sessions.
Success in launching or growing a supplement brand depends on many individual factors including effort, market conditions, experience, and other variables outside of our control. Any examples of results shared are not typical and are not a guarantee of your own results.
All content presented in our webinar and strategy sessions, including training materials, slides, frameworks, and methodologies, is the intellectual property of Unitee Wellness LLC. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or share any webinar content without our express written consent.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at suplivate.com/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including your name, email address, and phone number.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Unitee Wellness LLC (Suplivate) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your participation in our webinar or strategy sessions, or your use of our SMS or email communications.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us, which in the case of these free services is zero.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
